A message dated June 16, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 88(JUD)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to televisions, monitors, portable computers, and                                                          
    similar devices in motor vehicles; relating to the definition of                                                            
    physical injury for the Alaska Uniform Vehicle Code; and
